The fine print:

Individual appointments are scheduled Wednesday through Friday, afternoon and evenings Toronto time, and afternoons on Saturday. Toronto is in the North American eastern time zone, the same time zone as New York City (but not the same country). For UK clients this is evenings GMT Wednesday through Saturday.

is the current time in Toronto, as a reference for those of you who are overseas.

Note to all telephone clients: Sometimes the phone gets quite busy. Please leave your detailed message with the best time (and your time zone) to call back. That's why Mother Bell invented voice mail. <wink>

Note to UK clients: Yes, the 020 London number does ring on my Toronto line, but please be patient and let the call keep ringing, for it can sometimes take as much as a full minute for the computers to connect to the Colonies from London. You only pay for whatever charges may be involved to connect to the 020 London number. Jumping the call across the pond from London to Toronto is free.
